Rachele Bongiovanni is a dedicated and highly skilled CEO Assistant who oversees all administrative operations at Veterinary Anesthesia Services (VAS) and acts as the process manager for the VASTA school, facilitating all administrative activities and ensuring smooth operations.

She holds a degree in Foreign Languages and Literature from the University of Pisa, obtained in 2010.
Her academic journey provided a strong foundation in communication, linguistics, and cross-cultural competence, making her an exceptional communicator in multiple languages: German, French, Italian (mother tongue), English, Russian, Polish, and Spanish.

Rachele's multifaceted experience, strong linguistic capabilities, and exceptional organizational skills make her a valuable asset in our multicultural and dynamic work environment. In 2023, she furthered her expertise by completing a Master's degree in Communication in Public Administration from the University of Rome, enhancing her understanding of effective communication strategies within different contexts.

In her current role, Rachele supports executive-level operations, ensuring seamless coordination and communication within the organization. Her responsibilities encompass high-level administrative tasks, project management, and maintaining strong client relationships. Her passion for animals aligns perfectly with our company's mission, driving her commitment to supporting our veterinary services.

A true animal lover, she shares her life with a wonderful husband, and their two cats, who are an integral part of their family, further fueling her dedication to the well-being of all animals.
Driven by a constant curiosity and a keen enthusiasm to learn and grow, Rachele has always enjoyed connecting with people from diverse cultures. Her open-minded approach makes her adaptable and dynamic in any environment, constantly seeking opportunities to travel and immerse herself in the cultures of the places she visits. Rachele also expresses her love for music by singing in a classical choir in Zurich and playing classical guitar.
