Capacity building

Requirements of every setting, be it for a small practice or a large hospital, are different. Do you feel that lectures on anaesthesia and analgesia are great, but that you struggle to change your daily routine and integrate advice into the daily practice?

If yes, then our capacity building is what you need. We offer in-house training with your staff in your facilities and match your needs. We offer advice on equipment requirements, your current anaesthetic protocols or discuss your daily problems. Discussion and changes in your current anaesthetic technique providing explanations and the theoretical knowledge behind is key for safe anaesthetic practice. If needed, Standard Operating Procedures/Guidelines or anaesthesia/ critical care and emergency checklists can be developed for an individual setting. An in depth evaluation may also include safety, efficacy, cost effectiveness as well as any problems with current protocols and management procedures.

We train your staff for anaesthesia monitoring on site according to the circumstances of your team either through presentations, seminars, hands-on training or even during daily routine. We would like to build your teams confidence in the daily management of anaesthetic cases. Solving common problems and hands on learning are integral parts of our teaching. All our training can be accredited by the Gesellschaft Schweizer Tierärzte (GST).
