Concept

VASTA provides and internationally recognised intensive modular course in veterinary anaesthesia in six individual modules.

The following content is taught in the modules (list not exhaustive):

Physiology and pathophysiology
Pharmacology
Anaesthetic techniques
Pain management
Equipment and monitoring
Clinical anaesthesia

The focus of teaching lies in the practical application of the knowledge gained during the modules. The goal is to increase the knowledge and skills to make clinical anaesthesia in practice under the supervision of a veterinarian safer and better.

Target group

The modules are planned as an extra-occupational course for Veterinary Technicians, veterinarians and nurses in the german speaking part of Europe and soon in the United States of America.

The maximal number of participants is 20 people.

Fees

The fees for the whole modular course (inclusive consumables and final examination) is CHF 6‘500 if paid in single payments (per module).
Payment arrangements are flexible and reductions are possible when payment is received ahead of the course.
