Martina Mosing

Martina graduated from the Veterinary University in Vienna, Austria in 1996. Over the following 10 years she was involved in the building-up of the Clinic of Veterinary Anaesthesia and perioperative Intensive care in Vienna. She wrote her thesis and completed an alternative track residency in veterinary anaesthesia and analgesia at the University of Berne, Switzerland. She became a Diplomate of the European College of Veterinary Anaesthesia and Analgesia and moved to the University of Liverpool as a senior lecturer at the School of Veterinary Medicine in 2007. Since summer 2010 she is working at the Vetsuisse Faculty at the University in Zürich, Switzerland with main focus on research. Her main research interests are neuromuscular blocking agents, lung ventilation and pulmonary embolism. When not working, Martina enjoys hiking with her dog and skiing in the winter.
